Condensate Drain Pan Replacement | STANDARD
Standard replacement of condensate drain pain as per industry standards.
This is a standard condensate drain pan replacement wherein we remove and replace the pan to prevent water intrusion and properly dispose of condensation to insure proper system operation and limit water damages.
Step 1: Perform required lockout/tag out safety protocol of NFPA70E of all high voltage electrical circuits prior to beginning work on the unit.
Step 2: Remove and dispose of existing condensate drain pan.
Step 3: Furnish and install (1) new condensate drain pain.
Step 4: Reassemble unit completely.
Step 5: Basic start-up and testing of newly installed condensate drain pan to ensure that it is performing with in manufacturers specifications as per the unit’s nomenclature.
