Condenser Fan Motor Replacement | STANDARD
Standard replacement of condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor as per industry standards.
This is a standard condenser fan motor replacement wherein, remove and replace the condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor to insure proper unit repair.
Step 1: Perform required lockout/tag out safety protocol of NFPA70E of all high voltage electrical circuits prior to beginning work on the unit.
Step 2: Remove and replace condenser fan motor with new replacement
Step 3: Furnish and install (1) new blade on condenser fan motor and confirm balance.
Step 4: Remove and replace existing condenser fan motor capacitor.
Step 5: Basic start-up and testing of newly installed condenser fan motor to ensure that it is performing with in manufacturers specifications as per the unit’s nomenclature.
