Electric Heat Kit Replacement | STANDARD
This is a standard electric heat strip kit replacement, wherein we remove and replace these components ensure proper unit repair and best heating possible.
This is a standard condensate drain pan replacement wherein we remove and replace the pan to prevent water intrusion and properly dispose of condensation to insure proper system operation and limit water damages.
Step 1: Perform required lockout/tag out safety protocol of NFPA70E of all high voltage electrical circuits prior to beginning work on the unit.
Step 2: Remove and dispose of existing electric heat kit assembly.
Step 3: Furnish and install (1) new electric heat kit assembly.
Step 4: Torque all lugs and electrical connections to manufacturer’s specifications to ensure proper operation.
Step 5: Basic start-up and testing of newly installed electric heat kit assembly to ensure that it is performing with in manufacturers specifications as per the unit’s nomenclature.
